I am a Wholistic Life Coach & Facilitator, and a contributing writer for Holistic Discoveries. My purpose is to inspire & enlighten as well as to seek inspiration & enlightenment in my own life. My teaching and coaching features the application of powerful energetic principles including the Law of Attraction. I help people learn to apply these principles to every area of their lives in very practical ways. And I make this learning fun for us both!

I work with individual clients and teach small groups in my office in Grandview. I also give talks and offer seminars at Alphastate Studios. My philosophy is: Live your dreams and have fun along the way because life is a constantly expanding adventure

I also love animals, especially cats! My two girls, Merriweather & Willow are wonderful teachers! Animals are here to lead us to our higher selves!
