My Background:

After many years as a ballet dancer, I left San Fransisco in 1996, packed my bags and headed to beautiful Boulder, Colorado to train at the world-renowned Pilates Center of Boulder; where I was mentored by many second generation Classical Pilates Instructors whose love and passion for the Method, inspires me on a daily basis. I have taught professionally in Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Columbus over the past five years. I take great joy in both teaching my students and mentoring new teachers.

What inspires my practice?

I value self-care. It is important to me taking time every day to bend, breathe, and stretch. Not only does this help connect my mind and body, it’s also a way to help deepen my practice, and helps me be in-tune with my clients.
